Shipping Policy

All regular Sales Orders/Agreements are processed and shipped within five business days of receipt.  Domestic orders are shipped via common carrier.  Upon shipping, a tracking number is produced.  Based on the shipping address, the common carrier can take 3-5 business days to arrive in your area.  When they are in your area, the local hub will call to schedule delivery.  Someone must be present at delivery to sign for the shipment.
