How do I lock or unlock the sauna control panel?

Use the following instructions and see the diagram below to unlock or lock your sauna control panel:
Professional Edition
Hold ‘temperature down’ and ‘lock’ at the same time for about 5-10 seconds, or until it beeps.
Professional Innovative (and Essential Lounge)
Hold ‘temperature down’ and ‘minutes up’ at the same time for about 5-10 seconds, or until it beeps.
You should be able to lock or unlock the panel using those simple steps. If you are having issues and need support, please contact Customer Service.
