Health Mate saunas are constructed from premium natural wood – Indonesion Mahogany – selected for its durability, beauty, and wellness properties. This well-appointed in-home sauna combines patented, dual-wave Tecoloy™ mid- and far-infrared heaters with a 96-diode near-infrared LED panel for complete light and heat therapy.

- To maintain your infrared sauna, shower before use, wipe down surfaces after each session, dust regularly, clean heaters with compressed air, keep the floor clean, use towels to protect wood, avoid interior treatments, sand out sweat stains, keep the sauna dry, and minimize direct sunlight exposure. Your model number is printed on a label located inside the sauna cabin, typically on the rear interior wall panel near the floor.
Most users find 120–140°F (49–60°C) comfortable. New users should start at the lower end and gradually increase as their body adapts. Always consult your physician if you have health concerns.

Pre-heat for 20–30 minutes, stay hydrated, and start with 15–20 minute sessions. Shower afterwards and allow your body to cool naturally. Gradually work up to 30–45 minute sessions as tolerated.
