Health Mate saunas are constructed from premium natural wood - Indonesian Mahogany - selected for its durability, beauty, and wellness properties. This well-appointed in-home sauna combines patented, dual-wave Tecoloy™ mid- and far-infrared heaters with a 96-diode near-infrared LED panel for complete light and heat therapy.

- To maintain your infrared sauna, shower before use, wipe down surfaces after each session, dust regularly, clean heaters with compressed air, keep the floor clean, use towels to protect wood, avoid interior treatments, sand out sweat stains, keep the sauna dry, and minimize direct sunlight exposure.
