What if my Chromotherapy remote stops working?

If your chromotherapy remote stops working, there are two things to check. First, make sure the “light” button on the control panel that is attached to your sauna is turned on. Once that is working, check the remote battery. If you need a new battery, you’ll want either a CR2025 or CR 2032. Replace with the same battery that is currently in your remote.  

If both those things are working well, you may need a complete replacement of your remote. Look for a code located on your LED light within your sauna. You will see a silver sticker on your LED panel’s glass indicating one of three codes: CL, BE, or KB.
