Last week , in addition to my pool table, I had Ozone Recreation also install my Health Mate Sauna Renew too. Monday night I consulted the sauna’s manual for it came to my attention that no heat was coming from the front heaters. I placed an online service ticket into Health Mate after my preliminary problem solving efforts proved fruitless after consulting the troubleshooting guide.

In less than 24 hours I received a call Corey Smee of Health Mate in response to my problem. Corey listened to my prior service resolution attempts & skillfully walked me thru more troubleshooting venues. In no time the problem’s root was spotlighted – a power cord for the front heaters was accidentally plugged in a wrong outlet (under the bench) during the time of install.  The problem was solved on the spot!

We would like to pass on our thanks for a quality product. We love our sauna and the benefits it already has given us. It is a regular weekly part of our routine, our doctor was impressed that we are using it to help us detox. One feature that we have been told is coming is an updated control panel that would make it possible to remotely program the sauna to turn on, as well as a longer duration of warm up on initial start up. We love our Health Mate sauna even more than we expected.  The assembly was easy.  The color therapy is a nice touch.  The all natural wood is nice. You can plug [the Enrich 2] into any outlet (no electrical work needed).

My wife and I bought the sauna for health benefits. We love that we are doing this for our health but even more, it gives us a way to spend quality time together. We sleep better and feel so much better enjoying sauna instead of tv or other time wasters. We did a lot of research on saunas and landed on health mate and are very satisfied. It is well made, simple to assemble and easy to use. WE love the built in blue tooth for listening to relaxing music while we just relax or talk. This is our second sauna and definitely an upgrade from the last. We bought the elevated which gives us room for both to stretch out or the option of moving up or down  to a little higher or lower temperature.  There is room for others if we wanted to share which we have not had need to do.  We would highly recommend the health mate for health, relaxation and relationship.
