I spent approximately one year trying to decide WHICH sauna company and WHY one is better than another.  My sales rep, Danny, was instrumental in my decision to go with Health Mate and also assisted with the difficult decision choosing a model.  I admit I was a little skeptical when I heard the Red Cedar, traditionally used, would instead be Eucalyptus.  Honestly, I am extremely happy with the Eucalyptus and knowing what I know now, given the choice, would have likely chosen it.  Assembly of my Eucalyptus 2 person sauna was super easy.  My family was able to do so in less than 20 minutes without hiring anyone.  Everyday I look forward to using my sauna.  It’s become a regular part of my day.  Lol several family members have recently nicknamed my sauna, “The Hotbox.”

We love our Health Mate Sauna. Nicole was extremely helpful in making sure it would fit the somewhat limited dimensions of our space (the ceilings are rather low, so it was important to know if and how the sauna would fit). We had one small issue with the door not clasping firmly enough (it would sometimes pop open), but Health Mate took care of it immediately. It was a simple fix.

We use our sauna regularly (at least a couple times a week per person) and have had no problems with it at all. It takes about half an hour to heat up to the temperature we prefer and tops out around 150, which is perfect for us. It looks nice and feels great. For once, we’re almost looking forward to the Nebraska winter so we can enjoy the sauna even more. I’d strongly recommend.

this is my second sauna from Health Mate and I really like the faster warm-up than my old one. The only complaint I have is, the bottom heating elements, below the bench, get very hot and it radiates to the edge of the bench

I had have been blessed with to have access to a lot of people in the health, fitness and athletic genre. I can tell you to please do  you research. There are two others that are very good. One competitor says it is made in the United States, however upon further research it is assembled in the United States. This was important to me because the quality of the wood interior and other issues.

I would be remiss not to mention to research how long they have been in business.

We looked at many saunas and many companies. We decided to go with Health Mate. Very professional with lots of experience, great solid product, easy to put together, looks amazing. Loved the 3 infrared lengths that are a part of the sauna. We had the two man sauna so it was an easy plug and play into any electrical outlet. Takes about an hour to heat up to our 155 degrees liking. We get a really good sweat! Would definitely recommend a health mate sauna!

I truly believe that using a sauna is just a smart way to enhance my wellness routine. I use it year round unless it’s a heatwave otherwise I do use it in the summer months, but maybe just 2-3 per week. When I have family or friends come over, they always want to try it out, and are amazed at how good they feel afterwards. My 85 year old mother really enjoys it and any time she stays with me she always makes time for her 15 minute sauna break. I think the heat must really feel good on old bones!
